On Friday, Melissa Harris-Perry turned on her employers, publicly accusing MSNBC bosses of messing with her show because she is black.
Are they shocked to find that she really believes her own race-obsessed, paranoid gibberish?
Harris-Perry has revealed she will not be hosting her MSNBC show this weekend, citing schedule pre-emptions and a loss of control that have left her feeling “worthless.”
In an email to coworkers, Harris-Perry said she felt her show had been taken away without any discussion as weeks of election coverage have kept her on the sidelines, according to The New York Times which obtained a copy of the letter.
“Here is the reality: Our show was taken — without comment or discussion or notice — in the midst of an election season,” she said in the email. “After four years of building an audience, developing a brand and developing trust with our viewers, we were effectively and utterly silenced.”
After a lengthy career of using the MSNBC soapbox for her rancid “troof ta powa” racist stupidity, this is the punchline:
“I will not be used as a tool for their purposes,” she wrote, according to the Times. “I am not a token, mammy, or little brown bobble head. I am not owned by Lack, Griffin or MSNBC. I love our show. I want it back.”
In other words, she ain’t gon’ be no Stepin Fetchit fo no white-ass muthafucka.
The lineup of hacks at MSNBC has been a unique display of leftwing assclownery.
Martin Bashir, who spewed all kinds of profane, hate-filled commentary without so much as a slap on the wrist, resigned from MSNBC after he suggested that someone shit in Sarah Palin’s mouth and piss in her eyes for daring to compare the burgeoning national debt to slavery.
Touré (Neblett) accused 2012 Republican candidate Mitt Romney of the “niggerization” of Obama. Stay classy.
Cenk Uygur, known to go on incredible boorish diatribes, was fired in 2011 for (ironically) not being part of the MSNBC “establishment”. His rants fit right in with the network ideology, so it’s hard to imagine why he was let go.
Chris Hayes is very uncomfortable with referring to fallen U.S. troops as heroes.
Wackjob Keith Olbermann was finally sacked in 2011 after years of spitting invectives at conservatives, but there’s still no shortage of barking moonbats at the network.
Crazy Ed Schultz, renowned for making the likes of Howard Beale look reasonable, was fired in 2015 after his head exploded one too many times.
Al Sharpton, race-hustler extraordinaire, was canned in 2015.
You know it’s bad when a bastion of leftwing agitprop cans a bloviating, leftwing racist termagant. But then, their ratings are in the toilet.
Buh bye, Harris-Perry. You’re just another piece of trash discarded from a dying network.
