While Obama continues campaigning in Pennsylvania, others have some good ideas and reactions on how to deal with his stupidity.
It’s not just a bad deal, this is really an insulting deal. What Geithner offered, what you showed on the screen, Robert E. Lee was offered easier terms at Appomattox, and he lost the Civil War. The Democrats won by 3% of the vote and they did not hold the House, Republicans won the house. So this is not exactly unconditional surrender, but that is what the administration is asking of the Republicans.
This idea — there are not only no cuts in this, there’s an increase in spending with a new stimulus. I mean, this is almost unheard of. What do they expect? They obviously expect the Republicans will cave on everything. I think the Republicans ought to simply walk away. The president is the president. He’s the leader. They are demanding that the Republicans explain all the cuts that they want to make.
We had that movie a year-and-a-half ago where Paul Ryan presented a budget, a serious real budget with real cuts. Obama was supposed to gave speech where he would respond with a counter offer. And what did he do? He gave a speech where he had Ryan sitting in the front row. He called the Ryan proposal un-American, insulted him, offered nothing, and ran on Mediscare in the next 18 months.
And they expect the Republicans are going to do this again? The Republicans are going to walk on this. And I think they have leverage. Yes, for Congressional Democrats it will help them in the future if Republicans absorb the blame because we will have a recession. But Obama is not running again unlike the Congressional Democrats. He’s going to have a recession, 9% unemployment, 2 million more unemployed, and a second term that’s going to be a ruin. That is not a good proposition if you are Barack Obama.
Speaker John Boehner on Thursday rejected a White House plan to avert the so-called fiscal cliff at year’s end that would generate nearly $1.6 trillion in new tax revenue over the next decade and require Republicans to allow Congress to relinquish its control over the nation’s statutory borrowing limits.
“A complete break from reality,” is how the plan, delivered to Boehner and other congressional leaders by Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner at their Capitol offices, was described by a congressional Republican aide familiar with what was proposed. President Obama’s liaison to Congress, Rob Nabors, also was at the meetings.
Mitch McConnell, the Senate Republican leader, says he “burst into laughter” Thursday when Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner outlined the administration proposal for averting the fiscal cliff. He wasn’t trying to embarrass Geithner, McConnell says, only responding candidly to his one-sided plan, explicit on tax increases, vague on spending cuts.
……Geithner suggested $1.6 trillion in tax increases, McConnell says, but showed “minimal or no interest” in spending cuts. When congressional leaders went to the White House three days after the election, Obama talked of possible curbs on the explosive growth of food stamps and Social Security disability payments. But since Geithner didn’t mention them, those reductions appear to be off the table now, McConnell says.
Obama is pushing to raise the tax rates on couples earning more than $250,000 and individuals earning more than $200,000. But those wouldn’t produce revenues anywhere near $1.6 trillion over a decade.
“Secretary Geithner has offered no plan on behalf of the President. Newspaper articles and leaks from anonymous aides are not a plan. Until this fantasy ‘plan’ from a secret meeting is made public and scored by the Congressional Budget Office it does not exist. Based on history, we can safely assume that reports that this ‘plan’ saves $4 trillion is a fabrication. It is a distraction that allows the White House to continue to run out the clock so it can have maximal leverage to force through a bad deal in the last minutes before midnight.”
Obama owns the socialist train wreck he created.
“What I have told leaders privately as well as publicly is that we cannot afford to extend the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy. What we can do is make sure that middle class taxes don’t go up. The most important step we can take right now and the foundation for a deal that helps the economy … is if we right away say 98% of Americans are not going to see their taxes go up.” That, said Obama, would “remove half the fiscal cliff.” He added later that it would “take the edge off the fiscal cliff.”
That’s a lie. The Middle Class will bear the brunt of tax increases. Those small business owners who make $200,000 are not rich. They are job creators.
I said this before: Ordinary rational humans don’t want to destroy their countries’ economy with government-owned healthcare and business, and penalize wage-earners with more taxation. But, that’s the goal of the class-warfare neo-Bolsheviks in the White House and the Democratic party.
Now, let’s all join hands and jump off the cliff.
Obummer recognizing that his $1.6Trillion tax package will create a drag on the economy offered to allow the USeless F(ucking)ederal Govt to create a stimulus package:
“The total bill: about $255 billion out of the federal government’s pocket – an amount the GOP would likely say needs to be offset by spending cuts elsewhere.
The argument in favor of such stimulus? The tax measures, at least, could minimize the drag on the economy from Mr. Obama’s proposed tax increases on the wealthy.”

This is how the fokking liberals negotiate now. Not liking that increased tax deal I got for you? No problem! Well we are going to spend more, More, MORE!
How about NOT increase the taxes and NOT increase spending? The masses are eating this up, as the moochers stand around the table begging for more scraps.
Here is a filthy sack of slime that needs to be dragged behind a truck:

This is a former US Army officer. What a dishonorable sack of shiite!
Hey, Freshman Republican congressman Chris Gibson of New York’s Hudson Valley, I am a former Army officer myself. Remember that thing about duty, honor, country? Did it really ever mean anything, did it?!?!? This guy makes flies on shit look good.
I am sick. I am just sick. There will be enough turn-coat Republicans to give all those Democrats more than just a hard on.
I remember that meeting, Ryan in the front row and Obama proceeding to lay a gigantic turd, put his boot behind Ryan’s head, and smash Ryan’s face in it.
Republicans should stand their ground and demonstrate adult leadership. Put together a bill that defunds the entitlement spending, no more debt increase, keep the tax rates right where they are for everybody. Defund the vast Federal machine. Defund DHS.
Let Obama reject it.
Then let come what may. All you moochers living in your Section 8 housing in the cities, good luck on eating that copper pipe. When things get real bad, go find your liberal friends and mooch on them. They are easy to find. Start with the law offices. Then look for people in Mercedes 550’s wearing tie-dye and Birkenstock sandals. Now that is what I call tax the rich! Go to folk festivals and rip on all those liberals pretending to be dirt poor while pretending to reclaim some effed-up Woodstock revival.
