The stupid arrogance of Dems never ceases to amaze. Only in their lexicon would responsible fiscal policies be presented as “irresponsible”. Congratulations, Obamabots. You bought us four more years of this socialist Frankenstein.

Q: One of the things Speaker Boehner said this morning was that any increase in the debt limit would have to be matched by or exceeded by further spending cuts. That’s the same kind of rhetoric that we heard in 2011. Are you concerned that that is being used as leverage again in a way that could be damaging to the United States?
JAY CARNEY: That’s a good question, I was struck by that myself. I’d say two things about that: Asking that a political price be paid in order for Congress to do its job to ensure that the United States of America pays its bills and does not default for the first time in its history is deeply irresponsible. It was deeply irresponsible in the summer of 2011 and it would be deeply irresponsible if we were to see that kind of approach taken again. The President absolutely expects Congress to do its job, and one of the jobs that Congress has is to make sure the United States government pays its bills as the greatest economy and the greatest country on earth — we pay our bills.
It’s deeply irresponsible for the Obama regime to tack another $6 trillion+ on to the national debt. It’s deeply irresponsible to demand another $1.6 trillion tax increase to cover government spending. It’s deeply irresponsible for the out of control Obama regime to want the debt ceiling “raised to infinity”.
This is the same Kleptocracy that thinks increasing taxes on small businesses so government won’t have to shrink, taxing America out of deficit, and a global reserve currency run by the IMF, would be nifty ideas.
Hey, ya know what would be even better? Just print oodles and oodles of money to keep covering the spending habits of Obama’s out of control “wealth redistribution”.
We have a $16 trillion+ debt. The tax/borrow/spend orgy is unsustainable. The great socialist experiment is an Epic Fail. Small business accounts for around half the GDP and more than half the employment. Since the number of wealthy people is shrinking, Obama wants to shake down the Middle Class for more money to use for his spending spree.
Welcome to four more years of “change”, how’s it going for ya?
