When you’re the president of the United States, only the best pizza will do – even if that means flying a chef 860 miles.
Chris Sommers, 33, jetted into Washington from St Louis, Missouri, on Thursday with a suitcase of dough, cheese and pans to to prepare food for the Obamas and their staff.
He had apparently been handpicked after the President had tasted his pizzas on the campaign trail last autumn.

Yet another example of THE ONE’s imperial discretion. Imagine if GW Bush had tried something like that. You’d have heard wailing and gnashing of teeth from every corner of the leftwingnutosphere over “carbon footprint”, “energy waste”, and “taxpayer expense”. He’s using trillions in taxpayer dollars to bailout government failures and corporations, and sending out for a St. Louis pizza, to boot.

Yeah, the truth is Sommers just happened to be in town with this briefcase full of Pizza fixin’s and he thought he’d swing by and make one for Obama.

I see you’re still peddling lies, mac. The Mail, as usual, got things completely wrong, but they’ve never been a paper to let the facts get in the way of a good reactionary rant. After all, “ethics” is just a word, right?
If you’d actually bothered to look into this, you’d have found out that the chef was going to DC on business anyway; he offered to make the pizza, brought the dough and sauce with him, and the Obamas paid for the fresh ingredients out of their own funds.
“Integrity” – try looking it up sometime.
