Leftist DA refuses to turn over Paulie Pelosi’s illegal alien attacker to the Feds because San Francisco is a sanctuary city.
As reported earlier, Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul was injured in a home attack early on Friday morning.
Paul Pelosi’s attacker is 42-year-old Berkeley resident David Depape, The San Francisco Standard reported.
San Francisco police chief William Scott said Depape was booked on charges of attempted homicide, assault with a deadly weapon, elder abuse, burglary and “several additional felonies.”
Paul Pelosi, husband of Nancy Pelosi was violently attacked with a hammer in his San Francisco home.
……And David Depape was in his underwear when the police arrived.
Breitbart is reporting that the police officer described “David” as a “friend” in his dispatch call.
Police dispatch: “Stated there’s a male in the home and that he’s going to wait for his wife. RP stated that he doesn’t know who the male is but he advised that his name is David and that he is a friend.”
Depape is a homeless psychotic and former Castro (SF gay district) nudist protester.
And right on cue, Biden and his leftie media tools blamed it on Trump supporters.
This is coming from the same autocrat that gave a Reichstag speech in Philly.

If there’s any connection between Paulie and Depape, Nancy will make it disappear, just like the DUI with the Porsche.
……As we’re watching a clearer portrait of DePape emerge, no thanks to ongoing efforts to paint him as the MAGA cap guy next door, other, curious details are emerging. Adding to the initial confusion concerning the attack was the fact that, during the call to 911 paul Pelosi made from a bathroom in the home, he referred to David DePape as a “friend.”
……San Francisco police credited a dispatcher for having a Sixth Sense about the approximately 2:28 a.m. call and sending police over immediately, which may well have saved Pelosi’s life. But that’s speculation, as a hammer wasn’t swung until police arrived and witnessed the attack. Again, yesterday brought another interesting nugget out, and wait, WHUT?!
A third person? Who is, as of now, still unidentified, was there through the entire event – a witness? If there was another person at the Pelosi residence, why didn’t Paul Pelosi stay safely locked in a bathroom, on the phone to the police? Everything was chill enough, this unnamed individual could just open the door for the cops? And if you’ve seen close-ups of the patio door DePape allegedly broke IN through…well. It raises its own set of questions, as the glass is blown out. ….. I am anxious to hear the explanation for that. One could learn something new.

NBC News reporter Tom Winter reported that San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins said in an interview that accused attacker David DePape, 42, ‘was able to get into the Pelosi bedroom where Paul Pelosi was.’ Jenkins said investigators have been able to talk with DePape.
Winter also confirmed that a third person was in the Pelosi home at the time of the attack on the 82-year-old husband of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-). Nancy Pelosi was reportedly in Washington, D.C. at the time of the attack early Friday morning. S.F. police said late Friday an “unknown person” answered the door when police arrived in response to a mysterious 911 call by Paul Pelosi. Police said Pelosi was able to excuse himself from DePape and go into a bathroom where is cellphone was charging to initiate the 911 call where Pelosi allegedly spoke in code and described the intruder as “David” who advised he is a “friend”.
The news that DePape was in the Pelosi bedroom with Paul is sure to fuel concerns that the initial reports were not telling the whole story. Reports have said DePape broke into the home and was yelling, “Where’s Nancy?”
