The U.S. attorney behind prosecutions in cases related to the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, announced on Monday that he will step down before President-elect Donald Trump’s return to the White House.
Matthew Graves, a longtime federal prosecutor who has held the role of U.S. attorney in the nation’s capital for a little more than three years, said he will resign effective January 16, four days before Inauguration Day. The principal assistant U.S. attorney in D.C., Bridget Fitzpatrick, is slated to become acting U.S. attorney after Graves departs.
……..Some have been heavily critical of Graves, including Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ), who responded to the U.S. attorney stepping down by saying “the pawn at the helm of DOJ’s targeting of Joe Biden’s political opponents — just resigned ahead of President Trump’s inauguration,” and noting, “The Swamp knows that justice is coming.”
The inspector general for the Department of Justice recently published a report that said the FBI had at least 26 confidential human sources (CHSs) in Washington, D.C., on January 6, 2021, including some who committed offenses but are not among the hundreds who had been charged with crimes.
Graves’ office responded by saying it “generally has not charged those individuals whose only crime on January 6, 2021 was to enter the restricted grounds surrounding the Capitol, which has resulted in the Office declining to charge hundreds of individuals; and we have treated the CHSs consistent with this approach.”
Bullshit. This is the same shitbag who declared that he would target citizens for just standing outside the capitol on Jan 6. Over 1,200 Trump supporters have been targeted, stalked, and arrested, thanks mainly to Graves. Hundreds were arrested and persecuted for walking inside the open doors of the US Capitol on January 6, 2021. Many were waved into the US Capitol by Capitol Police.
His malicious prosecutions drove several American citizens to suicide. David Homol, Matthew Perna, Jord Meachum, Mark Aungst, and Chris Stanton killed themselves after suffering government harassment.
Graves is one of the Biden regime flunkies who refused to bring charges against Hunter Biden.
His wife, Fatima Graves, networked the Biden White House while her husband threw patriots in jail.
And he wouldn’t bring charges against the Antifa and BLM thugs who burned down government buildings, destroyed entire neighborhoods and local businesses, looted, attacked, and murdered people.
President Trump needs to pardon all the J6 political prisoners and go after the DNC-owned attorneys who put them in prison.
Every one of the political prisoners should be allowed to testify before Congress about the abuse and travesty they suffered at the hands of Biden’s attorneys and the gulag guards who treated them as if it were a Nazi concentration camp.
We need a new Nuremberg trial.
