I’ll tell you what’s offensive: Leftwingnut judicial activists who refuse to enforce our immigration laws. She ought to read them sometime.

(Sonia) Sotomayor was asked at a talk at Yale Law School later in the day about her use of the term “undocumented immigrants” rather than the traditional illegal alien. Sotomayor characterized the issue as a regulatory problem and said labeling immigrants criminals seemed insulting to her.
“I think people then paint those individuals as something less than worthy human beings and it changes the conversation,” Sotomayor said.
Since she’s on a bench at the SCOTUS, the least she can do is get familiar with Title 8 US Code sections 1324 and 1325. That statute is pretty cut and dry.
LeftProgs would love to change any law that protects America’s sovereignty. They have an abject hate of the Constitution because it’s not exclusively theirs. They hate the imbedded concept of limited government; they want to wield government as an intrusive billy club into the lives of people they hate.
When you have a regime in D.C. that routinely ignores the immigration laws, and instructs the ICE to do the same, don’t be surprised when every piece of foreign excrement on the planet decides to take advantage of the open invitation.
Hundreds of crimes are committed by these dregs. Cop killers, rapists, child molesters, murderers, thieves, robbers, gangs (MS13s), muslim terrorists, and a slew of other malfeasants are coming into this country illegally and committing more felonies once they get in.

Entry into this country is a privilege, not a right. They are NOT legal. They DO NOT have the same rights guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution afforded to American citizens.
In a perfect world, we would adopt Mexico’s immigration laws. They’re a hell of a lot tougher.
