A North Carolina public school says it’s exploring ways to “revise campus policies” after children as young as 14 were invited to a drag queen show on campus.
Forsyth Technical Community College in Winston-Salem was thrust into the national spotlight Tuesday after a video published by Libs of TikTok showed a drag queen straddling a young girl during an LGBTQ Pride Festival at the school.
The school confirmed in an earlier statement that students of all ages were allowed to attend, and photos posted by the school’s official Instagram account showed drag queens posing with young girls.
Paula Dibley, the school’s chief officer of student success and strategic innovation, confirmed to Fox News Digital that the girl being straddled in the video is a student, and that “parents of children under 18 were not notified of this event in advance.”
“Pride Fest is produced by the Pride Club, which is a student-led organization,” she said. “All events on campus are entirely voluntary.”
Dibley said the situation has prompted the school to review its policies for future events.
“The situation” is they put on this drag show just to flip a middle finger to parents and society in general; the part of the population that thinks children shouldn’t be exposed to the perverted projections of the Left.
It’s up to the parents to monitor their kids’ school environment. Draw the line and raise hell if it’s crossed.
Forsyth Technical Community College hosted a Pride Festival on March 22, that boasted drag shows, contraceptives, and lured students in with free food and drinks.
The festival was produced by Forsyth Tech’s Pride Club and was joined by organizations like Prevent Ongoing Spread of STIs Everywhere (POSSE), a program of the Forsyth County Health Department. Ironically, various churches and ministers were invited to this event.
The college, located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, has two high schools on the main campus. The Pride Fest was open to all students on campus, including those who were under 18 years old. Fliers for the event were displayed around campus giving details of the festival and the drag performances that would occur.
……In an explicit video obtained by Libs of TikTok, one drag queen was seen performing a lap dance for someone reported to be a student, while others cheered and staff looked on and laughed. Some parents were outraged that although faculty members and campus police were present, no one attempted to ensure that underage students were prevented from participating in the drag event. Forsyth Tech maintained that faculty, staff and campus police were there to “make sure that this was a safe event for our students.”
……In a statement to Libs of Tik Tok, Forsyth Tech made no effort to apologize for the inclusion of underage teenagers: “Forsyth Tech is committed to being a place of promise for our students. In order to fulfill that promise, we have clearly spelled out our mission, vision and equity statements,” it read. The spokesperson also confirmed that this event was open to all students on campus, including high school students: “These students, like all college students, are open to attend any student event.”
This is adult entertainment and simulated sex acts. The school officials and “faith” leaders supported this.

Sec. 38-81. – Public display of sexually oriented material to minors.modified
(a)
Every person who intentionally and knowingly places sexually oriented materials on public display to minors, or who knowingly and intentionally fails to take prompt action to remove such a display or property in its possession after learning of its existence, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(b)
For purposes of this section, any material is sexually oriented if the material is made up in whole or part of representations or descriptions of actual or simulated human sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, direct physical stimulation of unclothed genitals or flagellation or torture in the context of a sexual relationship or emphasizes the uncovered human genitals or depicts sexually explicit human nudity which, in some significant way, is erotic for minors, and those representations lack serious literary, artistic, political, educational or scientific value for minors, and the dominant theme of those representations or descriptions appeals to the prurient interest of minors in sex.
(c)
A person places sexually oriented material on public display to minors within the meaning of this section if he places the material on or in a billboard, viewing screen, theater stage or marquee, newsstand, display rack, window, showcase, display case or similar place so that the sexually oriented material is visible to or accessible to minors.
(d)
For purposes of this section, a minor means any person under the age of 18 years.
(e)
A violation of section 38-81, or any part thereof, shall constitute a class 3 misdemeanor, as provided by G.S. 14-4, and shall subject the offender to a fine of not more than $500.00.
