The DNC started the smear campaign in April of 2016.

For Hillary, however, what “evidence” was available was sufficient, and while the US has not publicly accused Russia of being behind the hack, Clinton did just what Brennan warned against, namely “jumping to a conclusion” that will lead to another sharp deterioration in relations with Russia. That said, she did stop just shy of accusing Putin of interfering in the election.
Asked if she believed Putin wanted Trump to win the White House, Clinton said she was not going to jump to that conclusion.

That’s pretty fucking gutsy coming from a corrupt malfeasant who deliberately used an illegal, unsecure server to store and transmit classified information, tampered with evidence, deleted incriminating emails, and lied before Congress. It’s right in front of everyone’s face. She knew that it was a national security violation, but did it anyway.
When Hildabeast was Secretary of State, the Clinton Foundation peddled influence and favors in return for millions of dollars in foreign donations; some of which came from adversarial governments, organizations, and individuals with some pretty nasty track records on human rights and terrorism.
Now, Obama, seeing his disastrous ‘legacy’ about to get flushed, has joined in the chorus:

BINGO. Russia certainly has the capability to cyber hack, but I guarantee that Hillary’s corruption, and the flood of leaked emails from WikiLeaks, which showcased the vulgar bigotry and dismissive arrogance, of Podesta, the DNC, Hillary, Hillary’s aides, and the lapdog media, were the catalyst that convinced even undecided voters to reject her.
Speaking of influencing elections, Barky tried his hand in Israel’s election last year, in a bid to oust Benjamin Netanyahu. It failed.
In 1983, Ted Kennedy offered to work with the Soviets to undermine Ronald Reagan’s efforts to protect America and defeat communism. This goes way beyond political differences and disagreements. It’s sanctioned treason.
By the way, the vague intel concocted by the CIA conflicts with testimony by the Director of National Intelligence, who incidentally, does not agree with the CIA’s assessment.

Russia is reinvigorating the old Soviet threat. Everything Putin does is a throwback to the old Soviet regime. He sends political opponents to insane asylums, murders journalists, and has tightened his grip on the Russian media. Vlad is an old KGB officer and never assimilated into the post-Soviet democratic movement.
Russia started an offensive against U.S.-backed Syrian rebels last year with a series of airstrikes, and rekindled their old relationship with Iran. Thanks to Barky’s total failure in the Middle East, there’s a resurgence of Islamofascist aggression coupled with Russia establishing a new foothold in hostile Islamic nation-states.
The United States has been rendered effectively pussified for the duration of Obama’s tenure, and Vlad is going to take full advantage. He is re-arming and building up his weapons stockpiles to levels not seen since the Berlin Wall fell. Oh yeah, and he’s also got the balls to tell the West ‘not to mess with Russia’, something no Russian thug would have gotten away with under Reagan. He also felt brazen enough to intrude into U.S. air space near Alaska. It’s no wonder Putin is so audacious. . Barky gets bitch-slapped by Putin so often, he’s punch drunk.
Hopefully, Trump won’t make that same mistake. Russia would rather have an Obama 2.0 like Hillary than someone like Trump who is more that likely not going to take any shit from the Russians.
