You can always count on Tucker Carlson to blow the lid off the left’s agenda of hate.
The Fox News host provided viewers with a look at the controversial political background of Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN), who serves as deputy chair of the Democratic National Committee.
Carlson’s segment on Ellison was prompted by a Wednesday tweet in which Ellison pictured himself with a copy of Mark Bray’s “Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook.”
The DNC official described Bray’s work as “the book that strike fear in the heart of @realDonaldTrump.”
The group known as Antifa has been condemned for its violent tactics against conservatives. As Carlson noted, Bray advocates for the use of violence against political adversaries.
Carlson quoted from Bray’s book as reading that violence is “a small though vital sliver of anti-fascist activity.”
The Daily Caller founder brought attention to another section of the book, in which Bray approvingly quoted an Antifa activist as saying:
“You fight them with fists so you don’t have to fight them with knives. You fight them with knives so you don’t have to fight them with guns. You fight them with guns so you don’t have to fight them with tanks.”
Carlson then related the Democratic leader’s history of “backing extremist causes.”
The Fox News personality quoted Ellison’s remarks on the US Constitution, which included calling the document “the best evidence of a white racist conspiracy to subjugate other peoples.”
Carlson noted that Ellison has praised Assata Shakur, a former member of the Black Liberation Army wanted in the US for the murder of a New Jersey State Trooper.
According to Carlson, Ellison wrote a column calling for the creation of a black ethno-state when he was a law student.
Note that Ellison disregards the Constitution that he’s sworn to uphold.
Ellison has quite the Islamist reputation. He’s linked to the Muslim Brotherhood who financed his trip to the Haj, and he gave a speech at the National Conference for Media Reform that would make Al Qaeda burst with pride. The gist of his “message” is that the United States is an “imperial power” and that we should get rid of “hate radio” and Fox news. In 2008, during a trip to Saudi Arabia, he met with a radical Muslim cleric who endorsed killing U.S. Soldiers and with the president of a bank that paid the families of Palestinian suicide bombers.
He’s attended pro-Hamas, anti-Semitic hatefests. He also attended the post-election “Muslim Inauguration Gala” with noted Islamic terrorist facilitators like CAIR and the Muslim Alliance of North America.
The DemProgs simply elected a member of their party that’s right in line with their lunatic fringe.
