Funny how a lot of things came out after the election.
From Fox News.
Former CIA Director David Petraeus testified in a closed-door hearing Friday morning that his agency determined immediately after the Sept. 11 Libya attack that “Al Qaeda involvement” was suspected — but the line was taken out in the final version circulated to administration officials, according to a top lawmaker who was briefed.
Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., who spoke to reporters after Petraeus testified before the House Intelligence Committee, indicated he and other lawmakers still have plenty of questions about the aftermath of the attack.
“No one knows yet exactly who came up with the final version of the talking points,” he said.
Three guesses, first two don’t count.
Petraeus was heading next to the Senate Intelligence Committee to testify. At the same time, lawmakers unexpectedly convened a briefing with top members of various committees to examine a Sept. 25 letter to President Obama that asked a series of classified questions on Benghazi.
Petraeus’ testimony both challenges the Obama administration’s repeated claims that the attack was a “spontaneous” protest over an anti-Islam video, and according to King conflicts with his own briefing to lawmakers on Sept. 14. Sources have said Petraeus, in that briefing, also described the attack as a protest that spun out of control.
“His testimony today was that from the start, he had told us that this was a terrorist attack,” King said, adding that he told Petraeus he had a “different recollection.”
“A different recollection”? Petraeus initially lied to the House Intelligence Committee when he fecklessly blamed the Al Qaeda-coordinated attack on a ridiculous video. Today, he lied again, by insisting that he had emphasized the terrorism all along.
General Petraeus thought the Obama regime would keep his extra marital affair quiet in exchange for his perjury during his initial testimony. He parroted the bullshit party line like a good little PC General, and they screwed him anyway.
State Department emails on the day of the attack prove that the White House knew it was Al Qaeda.
In other words the redacted talking points came directly from the White House. It was a tactic by the Obama regime to continue denial over who was actually responsible for the attack on the U.S. Embassy.
Bottom line: Everyone—the CIA, the State Department, Obama, people with half a brain—knew that Al Qaeda was behind the attack and murder of four Americans in Benghazi. Obama just didn’t want that to spoil his campaign or his kinship with radical muzzie scumbags.
More questions need to be answered.
Who gave the order to stand down?
Who sent the drone to be used as a voyeur instead of a counter-attack weapon?
Who in the State Department made the decision to pull out three Mobile Security Deployment teams in August of 2012, telling the embassy to “do more with less”?
Who kept refusing to send extra security to the embassy?
Who exactly in the Obama regime went to all the trouble to scour the bowels of the YouTube library for an obscure video to blame for what was part of the muzzie rampage that had been going on for 21 months?
