Trump Transition Team Reportedly Drawing Up List of Deceitful Military Officers for Court-Martial Consideration

Shit just got real.

Several current and former Pentagon officers who have made their careers off sending heroic American soldiers off to die in disastrous foreign wars may be about to meet their comeuppance courtesy of the incoming Trump administration.

NBC News dropped an explosive report Saturday night revealing that the Trump transition team is making a list of those involved in the catastrophic and deadly withdrawal from Afghanistan and determining whether they can be court-martial for their failures. These include both current and former officials.

According to the outlet, Trump officials see creating a commission as one possible avenue to thoroughly investigate the withdrawal, including who was involved and how the assignment was carried out. Charges for those involved that could be as serious as treason against America, the highest possible crime.

“The Trump transition team is compiling a list of senior current and former U.S. military officers who were directly involved in the withdrawal from Afghanistan and exploring whether they could be court-martialed for their involvement, according to a U.S. official and a person familiar with the plan.

Officials working on the transition are considering creating a commission to investigate the 2021 withdrawal from Afghanistan, including gathering information about who was directly involved in the decision-making for the military, how it was carried out, and whether the military leaders could be eligible for charges as serious as treason, the U.S. official and person with knowledge of the plan said.

“They’re taking it very seriously,” the person with knowledge of the plan said.”

NBC further reports that Matt Flynn, a former deputy assistant secretary of defense for counternarcotics and global threats, is helping lead the project. It’s also likely that Trump Secretary of Defense nominee Pete Hegseth will become involved, assuming the Senate confirms him.

Hegseth has vociferously blasted the withdrawal on multiple occasions. As NBC notes, he called for the generals involved in the Afghanistan debacle to be fired while demanding a radical overhaul of the Pentagon.

“The next president of the United States needs to radically overhaul Pentagon senior leadership to make us ready to defend our nation and defeat our enemies, Hegseth wrote in his book “The War on Warriors.” “Lots of people need to be fired. The debacle in Afghanistan, of course, is the most glaring example.”

“These generals lied. They mismanaged. They violated their oath. They failed. They disgraced our troops, and our nation. They got people killed, unnecessarily,” he added. “And, to this moment, they keep their jobs. Worse, they continue to actively erode our military and its values — by capitulating to civilians with radical agendas. They are an embarrassment, with stars still on their shoulders.”

Indeed. Just over three years ago, the Taliban seized Kabul, causing the Afghan government to collapse, and the Biden-Harris administration, along with his sycophantic military officers, carried out a quick evacuation from Afghanistan, which was completed at the end of August. This led to the deaths of 13 brave soldiers whose families Biden has openly disrespected.

Thousands of Afghan interpreters and working dogs were also abandoned for the Taliban to slaughter in cold blood.

Assuming Team Trump follows through on their court-martial plans, General Mark “White Rage” Milley may be under the microscope.

As TGP readers know, Milley’s leadership has been called into question for multiple incidents. First, Milley made two calls to an official in China’s People’s Liberation Army just months before Trump left office, assuring our most formidable adversary that he would give advance warning if the US were ever going to attack the communist nation.

Milley also made headlines for surrendering Afghanistan and arming the Taliban with $85 billion in US military equipment. Before fleeing Afghanistan in a rush in the fall of 2021, Biden armed the Taliban terrorist organization with approximately $80 billion in US weapons.

The White House and Pentagon have never admitted to how many billion dollars worth of weapons they left behind for the Islamist group.

Given these facts, it’s no wonder Milley is scared Trump will keep his promise to recall him to uniform and court-martial him for his deceitful actions. The others involved in the worst foreign policy disaster should also be terrified.

First up for prosecution should be Mark Milley.

Milley was an active facilitator of leftist political indoctrination in the military.

Under his discretion, the Army created a battalion of spies that trawled the internet for mean tweets about Generals. The ChiComs would be proud. 248 years has culminated into a spy apparatus.

Milley compared Trump supporters to ‘Nazis‘, and excused the Antifa/BLM riots.

Promoted drag queen story time on military bases.

Milley committed treason. He was fully prepared to carry out sedition to overthrow a duly elected president because Trump offended his woke, socialist ideas.

According to Bob Woodward and Rob Costa’s book, “Peril”, Milley called ChiCom General Li Zuocheng. He did not inform anyone, including President Trump, of the phone call. Here was Milley’s message for the ChiCom military. “Gen. Li, I want to assure you that the American government is stable and everything is going to be OK. We are not going to attack or conduct any kinetic operations against you.” “Gen. Li, you and I have known each other for five years. If we’re going to attack, I’m going to call you ahead of time. It’s not going to be a surprise.”

According to CNN, who reviewed the book, Milley ‘called a secret meeting in his Pentagon office on January 8 to review the process for military action, including launching nuclear weapons. Milley instructed them not to take orders from anyone unless he was involved. “No matter what you are told, you do the procedure. You do the process. And I’m part of that procedure,” Milley said, according to the book. “Got it?” asked Milley. “Yes, sir,” replied his senior staff.

He reminds me of James Mattoon Scott in the movie Seven Days in May.

He had no authority to call the general of an enemy of the U.S., behind the back of a duly elected President. He acted like he had just conducted a military coup. He gave orders for his staff to follow him; not the constitution, the congress, or proper military channels.

He should be charged under Article 88 and Article 94 of the UCMJ. He has a Napoleon complex and cannot be trusted to uphold the Constitution. When a U.S. military general says the United States military must remove a President by force and says, “We’re the guys with the guns”, he presents a clear danger to the country and our democratic republic. This apparatchik is an out-of-control buffoon.

Second up: Alexander Vindman.

He’s tied to Ukrainian arms dealers, Ukrainian oil, and the Atlantic Council.

He’s connected to Obama’s Russian ambassador and Fusion GPS’s Glenn Simpson.

Vindman was part of an attempted coup d’état against a duly elected President; he tried to tamper with the transcript of the phone call between President Trump and the Ukrainian President.

He’s in violation of the leaking statute that is 18 USC 798.

He claims Trump’s phone call was “biased”, but not Biden’s actual bribery or his own convoluted logic.

A first-person account of Vindman’s penchant for being a dishonorable leftwing tool, was given by Lt. Col. Jim Hickman, who had to reprimand Vindman for denigrating the United States in front of Russian personnel.

He lied under oath, testifying that he wasn’t the ‘whistleblower’ in the sham impeachment.

Next, Lloyd Austin:

Lloyd Austin is part of the leftwing cabal infecting the ranks with “woke” policies that eviscerate warrior ethos and make the armed forces into pusillanimous mush. He is disloyal to the country and the military. He pushes communist agendas which are diametrically opposed to good order and discipline and the constitution.

John Kelly:

Just 12 days before the election he jumped on the smear bandwagon by claiming that Trump allegedly praised Adolf Hitler—an absurd and false claim.

Peter Navarro, who served under Kelly, related these incidents:

Regarding Kelly’s leadership, I had to brace myself physically every time his office called, as it inevitably involved some form of threat or abuse. Some leaders inspire, while others attempt to “lead” through intimidation. Kelly was clearly the latter, and I can’t imagine serving under his command in combat.

But Kelly’s flawed leadership wasn’t the most concerning issue. His real failure was his refusal to obey the president, breaking the chain of command.

Kelly, along with Defense Secretary James “Mad Dog” Mattis, knew better than anyone that the military’s survival depends on strict respect for the chain of command. Yet once Kelly and Mattis reached the pinnacle of civilian power, they acted as if no one, not even the president, was above them.

Kelly routinely subverted the president’s trade agenda. When my former boss instructed Kelly to prepare an executive order to impose steel and aluminum tariffs or tariffs on China, Kelly would consistently delay the process by subjecting it to an extended review.

Kelly employed the same tactic whenever the president attempted to push trading partners like South Korea and Japan to stop screwing us in trade. Both Kelly and Mattis resisted actions that could threaten military alliances with these countries, ignoring the fact that gutting our economy and manufacturing base would ultimately weaken our ability to defend ourselves, let alone any other nation.

………Kelly regularly eavesdropped on press phone calls and scrutinized overnight phone logs. If someone like me called the president, we were threatened with firing.

……..One of Kelly’s most negligent actions was hiding the truth about staff secretary Rob Porter. Porter had two charges of spousal abuse against him and couldn’t get a security clearance, yet he handled highly sensitive national security documents and interacted with the president daily. Kelly’s decision to hide this information should have been grounds for dismissal.

Kelly is a real sack of shit.
