United States energy envoy Amos Hochstein played a crucial and secretive role in the Burisma kickback scheme, Biden Laptop emails reveal.
And he should be investigated, indicted, and jailed for breaking the law by lying about it to Congress.
Here’s a link to Hochstein’s interview before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, Committee on Finance, on September 17th, 2020. Since it’s a whopping 216 pages, I’ll go through and pull out the juicy bits and compare them to the facts as expressed in the Biden Laptop.
At the time of the interview Hochstein was out of government. But now as a result of the fraudulent 2020 election of Joe Biden, he is once again working for Joe at the State Department as the senior advisor for energy security. The Washington Post has dubbed him Biden’s “energy whisperer.” So apparently crime as a Democrat does pay.
For now.
The date of this interview is significant. It occurs one month before the New York Post’s first published news accounts about the Biden Laptop on October 14th, 2020, which prompted Tony Blinken, now Joe Biden’s Secretary of State, and Hochstein’s direct report, to enlist intelligence community luminaries in a conspiracy to brand that revelation as “Russian disinformation.”

And here’s the portion where Hochstein acknowledges he understands it’s a crime to lie to Congress members or staffers after Senate HSGAC Senior Counsel Joseph Folio III cites 18 U.S.C. Section 1001 as applying to his interview.
And here is his first big lie. He tells the committee he has only limited knowledge of David Leiter, the man Hunter and Devon Archer selected to be Burisma’s lobbyist in Washington. And then he denies all knowledge of “any business dealings involving Hunter Biden, Devon Archer, and Chris Heinz.”
Below is a screenshot of an email from the Biden Laptop that proves Hochstein was lying. In it Heather King copied Burisma’s government affairs team — all of whom were recruited by Hunter and Devon Archer — to offer a solution to the problem of a sudden tax increase aimed at the Ukrainian conglomerate’s natural gas business. David Leiter is copied on the email, so is Devon Archer, and Hunter Biden. Hochstein is mentioned — prominently.
King identified Hochstein, who claimed no knowledge of Burisma business in his interview, as Hunter’s Burisma crew’s primary problem solver. She deemed his recommended “guy” — who worked at the “US Embassy” — critical to Burisma’s future.
Not smart, Amos, to incriminate yourself on the record. You obviously flunked Sopranos 101. But then, as I’ve revealed previously, so did your colleague Jake Sullivan.
Heather King unquestioningly assumes Vadim Pozharskyi will be immediately emailing the “State Dept today about this.” It’s as though she already knows Pozharskyi and Burisma have clear and present access to the Obama/Kerry State Department, the same federal agency that Joe Biden lavishly funded during his tenure at chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. In other words, King recognizes there’s lots of leverage there.
But who exactly at State would get this Pozharskyi email? Well, Joe’s main foreign policy operative Tony Blinken worked there then.
Yes, he’s the same Tony Blinken who at the time worked intimately with Hochstein (and still does). And now we know it was Blinken who perpetrated an intelligence community psyop to deflect media reporting on the Biden Laptop by labeling it Russian disinformation.
And let’s not forget that John Kerry, David Leiter’s former boss, was then the Secretary of State. Plus, his stepson Chris Heinz worked with Hunter and Devon Archer in many business dealings. As I’ve previously reported with Obama’s backing, Kerry gave Joe and Hunter’s free rein to plunder U.S. energy assistance to Ukraine.
Though in fairness, as I wrote in my book Joe Biden Unauthorized and the 2020 Crackup of the Democratic Party, Chris Heinz had separated himself from the Biden Burisma kickback scheme in May 2014, just after Hunter was publicly announced as being on the board. And there’s no evidence I’ve seen in the Laptop that he was in on the Burisma grift. Metabiota, yes. Burisma, no.
So did Tony Blinken get Pozharskyi’s email? Or was it Amos Hochstein? Until we have both men testifying under oath, there’s no telling who Burisma’s contact was. Maybe we will see a day when they both testify.
……Still no contact from the FBI about my tip identifying Joe Biden and Jake Sullivan as co-conspirators in a Burisma kickback scheme. But it’s a good story, and The media is picking it up. My goal is to appear before David Weiss’s grand jury to describe the crime I witnessed. Any help I can get to do that will be greatly appreciated.

The Bidens have been making elicit deals since Joe Biden was VP. An investment firm linked to Hunter Biden received over $130 million in federal bailout loans while Joe was vice president and routed profits through a subsidiary in the Cayman Islands, according to federal banking and corporate records.
The Bidens used connections with Ukraine and China to enrich themselves. The House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer chased down the ChiCom money trail to Biden family coffers. One of the million dollar payments went through a proxy associate of the Biden family and was divided among four family members; Hunter Biden, Jim Biden, Hallie Biden, and another account that probably went to Joe Biden. This was done to cover the tracks of where the money went.
They received a lot more than just one disbursed payment from China. The Biden’s have considerable financial ties to Beijing. And speaking of China, the ChiComs are emboldened by Biden’s incompetency and flaccid foreign policy. Their aggression keeps showing its ugly head with no reprisals.
The Bidens laundered money, committed tax evasion, and violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Their friendship and affairs with ChiCom spies should have resulted in several indictments. They committed treason for profit. Hunter Biden’s laptop contains a mountain of evidence proving the family’s influence peddling and shady business deals. The U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security released a report showing the impact of Biden family corruption on national security.
Joe Biden is ass deep in this. Hunter was operating as a bagman for the ‘Big Guy’, collecting and funneling money to his father. Federal agents know they have sufficient evidence to charge the Bidens with felonies. The FBI and DOJ actively cover for the Bidens to protect them. The DOJ is politicized and rotten to the core with malfeasance. Merrick Garland who is as crooked as he is incompetent, refuses to investigate or press charges. The DNC pulls the strings.
The Bidens are a real crime syndicate.
