The US Department of Justice announced Monday it will sue Florida to stop the state from purging ineligible voters from its voter rolls. The DOJ statement came after Florida filed suit against the Department of Homeland Security for failing to cooperate with efforts to clean up the state’s voter registration records.
A preliminary comparison between drivers license records and voter registration has flagged as many as 182,000 registered voters who may not be US citizens. Florida officials sought access to the DHS immigration database (SAVE) to verify their matches but DHS has refused to respond to the state’s requests.
At least 141 non-citizens have been found on the voter rolls and 47 on this list have cast ballots in previous elections. More than 500 on the list have been identified as citizens and lawful voters.
Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner released a statement after filing the suit in Washington DC:
“For nearly a year, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has failed to meet its legal obligation to provide us the information necessary to identify and remove ineligible voters from Florida’s voter rolls… We can’t let the federal government delay our efforts to uphold the integrity of Florida elections any longer. We’ve filed a lawsuit to ensure the law is carried out and we are able to meet our obligation to keep the voter rolls accurate and current.”
Holder’s incompetent shysters at the DOJ insist that maintaining the integrity of the voting system is a “violation of the federal Voting Rights Act (VRA) and the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA)”.
That’s right. On Holder’s planet, ensuring that each voter who casts a ballot has proper citizenship identification, thereby maintaining the honesty of our electoral system, is “violating the rights of voters”. Making sure that people who vote for a U.S. political candidate are actually citizens of the United States, is discrimination.
That’s some of the most convoluted horseshit ever to come out of the Department of Justice. And right now, that’s saying a lot.
How in the fuck is that possible? Only in the minds of Dems who would rather subvert the voting process for corrupt gain than follow the law.
Obama even went so far as to tell the Feds to ignore the immigration laws. Isn’t that against the law?
Title 8 of the U.S. Code, sections 1324 and 1325 are the Federal Statutes that cover illegal aliens, unlawful entry into the U.S., the requirements for proper documentation, and the penalties for hiring, harboring, aiding and abetting illegals. It’s pretty cut and dry.
Illegals are in violation of our immigration laws. They do not have a right to vote. They do not have a right to be here. They do not have any rights under the United States Constitution.

In light of Obama’s voter fraud, some states are passing legislation that strengthens their laws, only to be met with hostility by Holder’s DOJ. His justification for suing states is nothing less than political race mongering.
Voter fraud, in the effort to get Obamessiah into office, was rampant to the point of absurdity. ACORN was the worst offender, and it was abetted by Dem politicians who cleared a path for its illegal activities. Dead people, illegals, bribery, and faked names were a staple of ACORN’s voter registrations.
The Arizona voter identification law, one of the country’s toughest, is currently being argued before the SCOTUS. If the justices find their moral and ethical compass, they will validate Arizona’s efforts to protect the accountability of the voting process.

The big problem here? Whether there is justice. We already know that Florida proved illegal aliens have voted in the past elections and are still in the voting pool. Elections are scheduled all year round. Why six months? Because there could not possibly ever be a chance to clean up the voting pool of people voting illegally, using their dead relatives, etc.
Liberals/democrat/KKK have one agenda in voting, buy as many votes as possible, vote early, and vote often. When in doubt, drive up to the polling station with a trunk filled with extra absentee votes cast. We have many districts now where there is more than 100% participation at election time.
When it comes to voting today, there is no justice. As many of you filthy degenerate liberals like to say on your bumper-sticker-laden vehicles “No Peace Without Justice.” This is one of the few times I agree with liberals. Fair voting in a just society eliminates open warfare. As more and more people wake up to the fact that elections are rigged then what? Open rebellion.
Often I hear you liberals talk about how we need to take money from the rich to send to poor nations. Your repeated explanation is that unless we do that, those poor people will be on our doorsteps, busting our doors open and taking everything away. So, now you have another option to consider. Clean up the voting process or the people that wind up on your doorstep will be heavily armed and ready to wipe out your family. You decide.

Purging voter rolls within six months of an election is a federal offense. Scott must resign immediately.
Oh, and we already have laws on the books that invalidate votes from illegals.
The other problem is that Scott is forcing citizens, 87% minority Americans, to take extra measures in order to vote. That is also a federal offense.
Lastly, nobody is buying O’Keefe’s lies anymore. He’s the only one who’s been proven to be a fraud.

Registering voters under fraudulent circumstances is a federal offense. Registering illegals is a federal offense. Listing fake names and dead people is a federal offense. Purging the fraudulent names is IAW state law. Rick Scott’s job is to maintain the integrity of the voting system, even if Holder will not. The problem is, Obama’s DOJ won’t enforce federal statute. That in itself is dereliction of duty. “Take extra measures”, like getting their asses down to the local BMV and getting an ID, like everyone else? Typical leftard; the soft bigotry of low expectations.
O’Keefe’s investigations of proven voter fraud really sticks in the craws of you leftards. Tough shit. The only ones who dismiss O’Keefe are assclowns who don’t mind the fraud in the first place.
