Jack Smith Spied on Top GOP Senators (UPDATED)

Orders came right from the top—then-Attorney General Merrick Garland, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, and FBI Director Christopher Wray.

Smith secretly met with Wray after launching the J6 witch hunt.

The unconstitutional J6 ‘committee’ collected 30 million lines of phone data between conservatives and the Trump White House.

The House Judiciary Committee says that he targeted at least 150 Republicans.

Joe Biden’s FBI – and later Jack Smith – spied on eight Republican Senators during the ‘Arctic Frost’ investigation into January 6.

Republican Senators Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson earlier this year released new records detailing the FBI and DOJ’s sweeping investigation that formed the basis of Jack Smith’s DC case against President Trump.

Grassley and Johnson previously blew the lid off another sham investigation orchestrated by Biden’s corrupt Department of Justice and compromised FBI.

According to the documents released earlier this year, the FBI and DOJ weaponized their power to target President Trump, former Vice President Mike Pence, and their allies through a probe dubbed “Arctic Frost.”

“Operation Arctic Frost” was a taxpayer-funded witch hunt launched in April 2022 that seized government-issued cell phones belonging to Trump and Pence while conducting a barrage of interviews across the country.

Jack Smith resigned in disgrace after failing to make the bogus charges against president Trump of “insurrection” and ‘mishandling of classified documents‘ stick. As a matter of fact, Smith’s final report concluded that there was zero evidence of “insurrection”.

BTW: No one was ever charged with “insurrection”. The FBI found no evidence that Trump and his allies were directly involved with organizing the Jan 6 protest.

Smith violated the same law as J6 defendants who were sent to prison for years—-18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2).

He met with Biden aides before the bogus classified documents charges were brought. Smith’s team admitted in a motion filed with the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida that key evidence seized during the FBI raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in August 2022 was manipulated. The lawfare against Trump was orchestrated by the Biden regime. In a blatant act of prosecutorial misconduct, Alvin Bragg hid hundreds of pages of exculpatory evidence from the NY grand jury.

Smith spent over $50,000,000 to plant evidence against Donald Trump. The FBI brought classified cover sheets to place over the classified documents found at Mar-a-Lago and took photos for evidence. Tampering with evidence is a third-degree felony, punishable by 2 to 10 years in prison and fines up to $10,000. When’s the prosecution?

Every corruptocrat involved in the lawfare against Donald Trump should be indicted.
