Joe Biggs, an Army Staff Sergeant and former Infowars reporter who received two Purple Hearts during several tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan, has been detained in solitary confinement for nearly 12 months.
The decorated veteran is prohibited from the general population of the jail and restricted to a 14 by 5-foot cell with no windows.
Biggs faces seditious conspiracy charges and a 20-year prison sentence as the government alleges he was “a ringleader” during the Capitol siege, conspired the January 6 riot that Democrat lawmakers and mainstream media incessantly compare to the terror attacks of 9/11 and is a domestic terrorist and threat to national security.

Hull believes slain Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt, who was murdered in cold blood by a Capitol Hill Police officer on January 6, 2020, deserved to die.
“When I saw the picture” of Babbitt, “I thought it was a great shot,” Hull told The Gateway Pundit.
“I’m serious. I’m glad she died,” he said. “I think she’s a dumbass. Did you see the — some of what she did?”
“Uhh, banging on the door?” this reporter replied.
“Nah. She’s like a common criminal. Maybe you don’t want to do the interview now,” Bigg’s attorney continued. “But most of the people who are there, not knowing what they’re doing, and making it up, about — in their head, they’re just really stupid people who shouldn’t have been there.
“It’s nice to see them politically active in their life. But this is some of the dumbest people on the face of the planet and they made the right look really bad, really bad — my right.”
Hull explained why he is “glad” that Ashli Babbitt died and railed against Americans for protesting the fraud-ridden 2020 presidential election at the Capitol during a June 14 interview with TGP.
This reporter did not immediately publish Hull’s incendiary remarks to avoid interfering with Biggs’s case, due process and right to a speedy trial.

When Prog radicals stormed into the Hart Senate building and the state capitols of Iowa, Wisconsin, and Georgia, none of them were shot. When left-wing protesters tried to break down the door to the SCOTUS while Bret Kavanaugh was sworn in, no one was shot. Sandy Cortez led a group of protesters that stormed Pelosi’s office in 2018 for hours until Capitol Hill Police arrested 51 of the protesters for unlawful entry and protest; a stunt that was praised by the media. No one was shot.
Antifa/BLM thugs responsible for the destruction of neighborhoods, businesses, police stations, and courthouses, have skated out of any legal consequences for their crimes. The Feds refuse to prosecute.
Burn Loot Murder lasted 7 months with 23 people shot dead, and over 150 federal buildings damaged. Antifa’s rampage has resulted in damage comparable to Hurricane Sally. Combined casualties from both groups of thugs numbered 926 as of July 2020. Anarchists took over blocks of city neighborhoods in Seattle and Portland. They’re still at it. They commit arson, assault, murder, and vandalize. They’ve destroyed businesses, livelihoods, police stations, and courthouses. Very few have been arrested and charged. No one in the Dem party or liberal media calls it insurrection or demands justice.
More than 2,000 law enforcement officers were injured during what the media called “mostly peaceful” protests. They even tried to breach the White House in May 2020, creating a threat so serious that Secret Service agents were forced to rush then-President Donald Trump into a secure bunker.
In all, the Capitol cop goon squad is responsible for the murders of Benjamin Phillips, Kevin Greeson, Rosanne Boyland, and Ashli Babbitt. Lila Morris, Harry Dunn, and Aquilino Gonell, are the capitol cops who brutally beat Rosanne Boyland to death. None of them were charged. Michael Leroy Byrd—the capitol cop who murdered Ashli Babbitt the same day—, is also walking around scot-free. Byrd was investigated in 2019 for leaving his service weapon laying unattended in a Capitol bathroom. The firearm was Byrd’s service Glock 22, the same style weapon that was reportedly used to murder Babbitt.
That probably makes Hull giddy with joy.
Joe Biggs needs to get a new attorney.
