Background:
Students at Covington Catholic School in Kentucky who peacefully attended a ‘March for Lives’ protest, were falsely accused of harassing a Native American Freon Ranger (who was known for stolen valor), attacked by the liberal media, and received numerous death threats. Twitter didn’t think that violated their TOS either. The liberal drive-by media pushed the ‘racist Covington students’ lie.
When the truth came out about the defamation, Sandmann launched an onslaught of lawsuits against the liberal media. So far, he’s won lawsuits and settlements against CNN, WaPo, and now, NBC.
Nicholas Sandmann, a former Covington Catholic student smeared after a 2019 incident with a Native American activist, has reached a third settlement in a series of lawsuits against media companies.
……“At this time I would like to release that NBC and I have reached a settlement. The terms are confidential,” Sandmann said.
……Sandmann’s face went viral after he and a group of his peers at Covington Catholic High School in Kentucky were filmed in a “standoff” with Nathan Phillips, a Native American activist, in January 2019 in Washington, D.C. Phillips had approached the group of teens while beating a drum and stopped in front of Sandmann.
Immediately following clips of the two circulating around social media, Sandmann was accused of blocking and harassing the older Native American man. Follow-up investigations debunked the initial outcry that had rocketed around the media.
He should finish off the rest of them by suing ABC, CBS, and PBS. I hope Sandmann cleans their fucking clocks.
