Appeals Court to Hear Lawsuit Against FBI Over Raid of Man Who Stood Inside Capitol on 6 January

World Net Daily

An appeals court soon will be hearing a lawsuit against the FBI filed by a man who was NOT charged for the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol, but was targeted by a raid anyway.

WND reported when Hollywood conservative actor Siaka Massaquoi filed the action on behalf of himself and others who have “been rounded up, had their homes and businesses violated and broken into, their property such as cell phones and computers seized without probable cause, arrested, prosecuted, denied bail, or some even thrown into solitary confinement.”

Lawyer Larry Klayman, of FreedomWatchUSA, is the attorney of record for the appeal.

A report from the Epoch Times explained the lower court judges dismissed Massaquoi’s complaint, which charged federal authorities with violating his constitutional rights during a 2021 raid at his home.

The African-American actor was in Washington that day, but never has been charged.

Even so, 20 armed agents raided his North Hollywood home and took computers and other electronic devices.

His case charges the feds broke into his home “to chill, silence, and retaliate against the exercise of free speech and assembly by Massaquoi and other U.S. citizens that disagree with the viewpoints and agendas of elected officials and prevailing thought in the political world, and to intimidate citizens from expressing their political opinions and beliefs.”

The appeal was filed to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals April 29, it was docketed on May 4, and he has until July 7 to file his opening brief.

Larry Klayman, the chairman and general counsel of Freedom Watch, which represents Mr. Massaquoi, and will seek entry pro hac vice into the case had this to say:

“The FBI, as alleged, is being used by the Biden-Harris Justice Department as the administration’s and the left’s “personal Gestapo,” to stifle free speech and dissent over the near total leftist, socialist and borderline communist takeover of our body politic. And, FBI Director Wray bears personal legal responsibility and liability for these unconstitutional acts, which he has bragged about in public testimony before Congress – branding the peaceful protestors as mostly white domestic terrorists.

The lead plaintiff, Mr. Massaquoi, was not arrested, and was at the Capitol peacefully. He and his family and friends were handcuffed in front of children, denied right of counsel, and allegedly illegally questioned. To make matters worse, his cell phone and computers were seized, preventing him from carrying out his trade and profession and well as personal matters. The defendants have refused to return his property.

The FBI framed the 6 January MAGA protesters by inserting undercover agents and informants in the crowd to encourage violence. It backfired, but that’s not stopping the Feds from persecuting people who simply wandered the hallways, stood outside the building, and peacefully protested.

The FBI sewer rats were all over this protest.

The FBI’s role was intended to be subversive and to gather as much intelligence on the participants as possible.  Gee, if only they would use that tactic on the rampaging  Antifa and BLM thugs responsible for the destruction of neighborhoods, businesses, police stations, and courthouses.  The Feds refuse to prosecute.

American political prisoners have been held for more than 8 months in solitary confinement in 7X10 cells for 23 hours a day. These people have not been convicted of any crimes, they are being held in “pretrial detention” for trespassing the capitol halls of corruption on 6 January 2021. Their trials have not been set. They have been denied bail. They are not allowed to meet with lawyers in private. They have one hour a day for “exercise”, showers, and phone calls. They have been denied due process.

The 6 January protesters have been beaten and isolated by the guards.  Lawyers for one, a man called Ryan Samsel, say he was beaten so badly he has a skull fracture and is now blind in one eye.

One of them died awaiting trial. Another committed suicide.

The House Judiciary Committee should haul the DC gulag director up in front of a grand jury, along with the capitol cops who committed murder on 6 January.

Biden’s jackbooted DOJ brought trumped-up charges against citizens exercising their constitutional right to protest.  The entire Biden regime, including his goons in the DOJ and FBI need to get another revolution that makes 1776 look like a minor scuffle.

Massaquoi should raise hell until they’re all held accountable. Sue the shit out of them.
