In a groundbreaking legal battle, over 100 January 6 political prisoners have come together to file what is being hailed as the largest lawsuit ever against the Department of Justice.
Officially named the January 6 Restitution and Wrongful Incarceration Lawsuit, this $50 billion class action is spearheaded by Jake Lang, a January 6 prisoner who has been incarcerated for nearly four years. Lang, through his new organization, Federal Watchdog, the Anti-Lawfare Group, is joined by an esteemed team of conservative attorneys, including Steven Metcalf, Anthony Sabatini, Stephanie Lambert, and Jonathan Gross. Together, they aim to expose the injustices faced by January 6 prisoners and secure much-needed restitution.
The lawsuit, set to be filed on January 20, 2025, has already garnered widespread support, with over 100 prisoners signing on. This historic legal action seeks to compensate these individuals for the extensive harm inflicted by what they describe as a weaponized justice system. From the loss of generational family businesses, homes, and careers to the irreparable emotional and psychological damage suffered during years of wrongful incarceration, the plaintiffs are demanding accountability for the Federal Government’s actions.
Jake Lang, a prominent figure in the January 6 movement, emphasized the importance of this lawsuit, stating, “This isn’t just about restitution; it’s about setting a precedent. Weaponized government and lawfare against conservatives can never become the standard in America.”
According to Federal Watchdog, the plaintiffs were “hunted down like animals” by the FBI for peacefully protesting at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. Many have faced harsh sentences, inadequate legal representation, and conditions that have worsened their physical and mental health. Critics argue this is a glaring example of a two-tiered justice system, one that has been particularly hostile to supporters of former President Donald Trump.
The lawsuit will highlight individual stories of suffering and resilience, aiming to illustrate the broad impact of the government’s actions. “The damage to children who have spent four years without their fathers at home cannot be put into monetary value,” Lang noted. “But we must being the healing process by holding those responsible for our unconstitutional cruel & unusual torture accountable!”
The road to recovery for these patriots will be long and difficult. Some prisoners have experienced severe mistreatment in custody, leading to health conditions that may never fully heal. Others face the daunting task of rebuilding lives, families, and communities shattered by years of persecution. Federal Watchdog aims to provide these individuals with the resources and support needed to begin this process.
“We’re standing up to secure restitution for the thousands of broken lives left in the wake of the January 6 persecution,” said Lang. “This is about giving these families a chance to rebuild.”
American political prisoners have been held for more than a year in solitary confinement in 7X10 cells for 23 hours a day. These people have not been convicted of any crimes, they are being held in “pretrial detention” for trespassing the capitol halls of corruption on 6 January 2021. Their trials have not been set. They have been denied bail. They are not allowed to meet with lawyers in private. They have one hour a day for “exercise”, showers, and phone calls. They have been denied due process. The jailed protesters have been beaten and isolated by the guards. Lawyers for one, a man called Ryan Samsel, say he was beaten so badly he has a skull fracture and is now blind in one eye. One of them died awaiting trial.
Their civil rights have been taken away by authoritarian thugs who work at the direction of a corrupt DOJ.
The murder victims of Pelosi’s capitol police: Benjamin Phillips, Kevin Greeson, Rosanne Boyland, and Ashli Babbitt were killed at the hands of capitol cops Lila Morris, Harry Dunn, Aquilino Gonell, and Michael Leroy Byrd. None of them were charged.
Dems facilitated and supported 18 months of Antifa and BLM riots across the country including the attack on the White House in June of 2020. They tried to breach the White House a month before, creating a threat so serious that Secret Service agents were forced to rush then-President Donald Trump into a secure bunker. They bailed out arrested rioters. They encourage mob violence on their behalf and justify it by saying it’s ‘essential’ for change.
Burn Loot Murder lasted 7 months with 23 people shot dead, 700 police officers injured, and over 150 federal buildings damaged. Antifa’s rampage has resulted in damage comparable to Hurricane Sally. Combined casualties from both groups of thugs numbered 926 as of July 2020. Anarchists took over blocks of city neighborhoods in Seattle and Portland. They’re still at it. The Feds refuse to prosecute.
More than 2,000 law enforcement officers were injured during what the media called “mostly peaceful” protests.
Prog radicals stormed into the Hart Senate building and the state capitols of Iowa, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Left-wing protesters tried to break down the door to the SCOTUS while Bret Kavanaugh was sworn in. Sandy Cortez led a group of protesters that stormed Pelosi’s office in 2018 for hours until Capitol Hill Police arrested 51 of the protesters for unlawful entry and protest; a stunt that was praised by the media. No one was shot, harassed, or rounded up and thrown into Biden’s gulag.
Thousands of pro-PLO/Hamas radicals descended on DC, trying to breach the White House grounds, and committing assault and vandalism. I’m sure that the FBI and DOJ jackboots will round them up and send them to Biden’s gulag any day now, right?

They certainly won’t do anything that brings their own party’s criminals to justice. Never in the history of this country has a political party been so unfettered in its ability to weaponize government agencies against political opponents and citizens who object to their malfeasance. They get away with it because they can. So far, the GOP, collectively, hasn’t had the guts to unite and stop this shit.
The focus of the weaponized FBI and DOJ is to target the people designated by the DNC and the Biden regime. They are no longer in the business of law enforcement. Now, they engage in violating civil liberties, suppressing evidence of Biden family crimes, destroying exculpatory evidence, targeting Catholics, suppressing free speech, encouraging citizens to turn in their “extremist” relatives, violating the right to privacy, and rounding up dissidents.

The corrupt FBI was paying so-called ‘sedition hunters’ to identify people who were at the Capitol on 6 January. All the “sedition hunters” should be subpoenaed before a grand jury and made to divulge their information, who hired them, and how much they were paid.
President Trump needs to pardon all the J6 political prisoners and go after the Dems who put them in prison as well as the prison guards who treated them as if it were a Nazi concentration camp.
Every one of the political prisoners should be allowed to testify before Congress about the abuse and travesty they suffered at the hands of Biden’s gulag guards.
We need a new Nuremberg trial.
