Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) confronted Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas during a hearing Thursday about the 1.2 million illegal aliens living freely in America who have received final orders of deportation.
Gaetz used his time during the House Judiciary Committee’s oversight hearing with Mayorkas to ask about the resources the border chief would need to remove those with deportation orders, who, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) data, total 1,196,385 as of March 27.
“1.2 million people are un-detained, free, roaming about the country,” Gaetz began. “They’ve gone before a judge. A judge has issued a final order of removal. How many ICE agents do you need to deport them?”
Mayorkas repeatedly indicated during the heated four-hour hearing that Congress needed to pass immigration reform to help correct the ongoing border crisis. In response to Gaetz’s question, Mayorkas repeated that message, saying, “Congressman, I think what we need is legislation to fix a broken immigration system—”
ICE, however, does not rely on Congress to carry out deportations of those who have gone before a judge and received final orders of removal, Gaetz noted, re-asking if Mayorkas planned to remove the 1.2 million.
Mayorkas did not answer the question and instead indicated “resources” were impeding his ability to carry out deportations.
Gaetz then asked, “How much money do you need to deport all of them? How much money? How many agents to deport the 1.2 million who a judge has said have no right to be here?”
Mayorkas replied, “Congressman, there are a number of questions that your question raises with respect to whether all of those individuals actually have been given due process—”
Gaetz interrupted the border chief to correct him, saying, “No, no, no, they have. These are the people who have had their due process, ok? And here’s the point. You have no plan to remove them. You don’t know how many ICE agents it would take and you don’t know how much money it would take because you actually don’t want to remove them.”
Last September, Mayorkas issued updated guidance to ICE, telling the agency to focus on removing illegal aliens who pose a threat to the public rather than all illegal aliens. Mayorkas cited the agency’s “prosecutorial discretion” as basis for the guidance, as well as the issue of limited resources.
The trouble with Mayorkas’ myopic thinking is that thousands of illegals who actually posse a threat are allowed to remain in America and end up committing rape, robbery, murder, assault, and highway collusions by unlicensed illegals that cost lives.
Rep. Chip Roy lit into Mayorkas:

……Roy wasn’t the only one to go full bore into Mayorkas. As the New York Post reported, Colorado Republican Ken Buck informed Mayorkas that his constituency sees him as a traitor to the country.
“My constituents want you impeached because they believe you’ve committed treason,” said Buck. “They compare you to Benedict Arnold. You know, no parent with the last name Arnold names their kid Benedict. They wonder what will the Mayorkas family do down the road.”
Republicans are currently in a battle against the White House which wishes to revoke Title 42 which allows border agents to expel or turn migrants away at the border. Three states have filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration. The states are expected to win this lawsuit, an end the White House has already signaled it will abide by.
“Forty-two illegal immigrants were encountered at our border are on the terrorist and no-fly list. Are any of them still in our country?”
……..Customs and Border Protection data released this month shows more than 40 migrants on the terror watch list have been arrested by CBP trying to enter the country illegally since President Biden took office last year.
Rep. Mike Johnson of Louisiana yielded some of his time to Jordan during the hearing, allowing him to continue his line of questioning.
“Have any of the 42 illegal migrants on the terrorist watch list or no-fly list encountered on our southwest border been released into the United States?” he asked.
……As I mentioned before, I will provide that data to you with respect to the disposition of each one. I do not know the answer to your question,” he responded.
The response appeared to leave Jordan stunned.
“The secretary of Homeland Security does not know the answer to the status of 42 individuals who came to our southern border illegally, are on the no-fly list and the terrorist watch list. You do not know whether they have been released or not into the country. That’s your testimony.”
“That’s amazing,” Jordan concluded.
And the shitbag can’t name a single case where a “white supremacist” or a “domestic terrorist” was referred to the DOJ for prosecution:
……when asked by Rep. Greg Steube (R-Fla.) to share the number of cases involving white supremacists or violent domestic extremism the DHS has referred to the Department of Justice, Mayorkas was mum.
“Do you not have the number?” Steube asked a blank Mayorkas. “You just clarified — domestic terrorism is a threat to the homeland, number one threat — and I’m asking you how many referrals from Homeland Security have you made to DOJ for White supremacy or domestic terrorism?”
“I will provide you with that information…” Mayorkas responded.
“So you don’t know?” Steube pressed, asking if Mayorkas could “name one case?”
Again, Mayorkas could only offer to “provide the data” to Steube.
“So you can’t name one case,” Steube stated, “yet according to a new report from the U.S. Department of Justice, almost half of all the criminals prosecuted in federal courts in 2018 were aliens charged with crimes — ranging from drug trafficking to murder and to kidnapping — and a vast majority — 38,000 — were illegal immigrants, illegal aliens. But it’s still, domestic terrorism is the number one cause of your concerns.”
Mayorkas admitted to at least one major fuckup; that there were 389,155 “gotaways,”—between October 2020 to September 2021—which refers to illegals who were not apprehended or who got past border agents.
There’s a simple solution too the Biden border clusterfuck. Enforce the law. Secure the border. Round up illegals and send them back across the border where they belong. I like how Dwight Eisenhower handled the illegal alien problem; a military-directed operation with a no-nonsense approach to kicking out and keeping out illegal aliens. Round them up, send them home.
Anyone who follows the pattern of Dem agenda, talking points and strategy knows that illegal aliens are part of their voting bloc. They intend to entrench and exploit as many (Hispanic) illegals as they can to push their socialist agenda, institutionalize selective rights, and wrest control of the country away from American citizens. Democrats would rather subvert the voting process for political gain than follow the law.
It boils down to this: The Dem Party is trying to replace the American citizen electorate with more obedient voters from the Third World. In order to gain power, they plan to change the fabric and demographic of the country. Even if they have to destroy it.
Oh, and this. Here are the six RINOs who voted to confirm this jackass:
Sen. Shelley Capito, R-W.Va.
Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine
Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska
Sen. Dan Sullivan, R-Alaska
Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio
Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah
