One of the Dems who released the video is back pedaling:
The congressional Democrats who told members of the military to disobey President Donald Trump’s orders are now panicking hard.
After the Democrats published a video to social media this week encouraging members of the military to “refuse illegal orders” from Trump, the president blasted them as seditious traitors.
……In additional posts, the president rightly noted that sedition is punishable by death. This fact seemed to jolt Democrats out of their stupor and back to reality.
Case in point: On Thursday, Democrat Rep. Jason Crow began walking back what he’d said in the video posted to social media.
“To be clear, we are not calling on folks right now to debate, to disobey any type of unlawful order, right?” he claimed while on CNN.
So what were he and his colleagues doing? Allegedly just “having a conversation.”
“There is very real and deep concern about what this president has threatened to do over and over again,” Crow said. “There are three more years left of this administration.”
“If we are not talking about this and having a conversation about it and demystifying this conversation, we are not fulfilling our duty. We are reminding people that have taken the oath what that oath requires of them to do,” he added.
Later Thursday evening, a still-panicked Crow published a video to the social media platform X, freaking out over Trump’s sedition charge.
President Trump went on a tear Thursday against the elected Democrats who produced a controversial video urging military personnel to “refuse illegal orders,” accusing them of engaging in “seditious behavior” that is “punishable by death.”
Senator Elissa Slotkin (D-Mich.) released the short video on Tuesday, featuring herself and five other Democrat lawmakers with military and intelligence backgrounds advising members of the military and intelligence community to disobey their commander-in-chief’s orders if they believe they are “illegal.”
The Democrat lawmakers in the viral video, entitled “Don’t Give Up the Ship,” include Slotkin, Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.), Rep. Chris Deluzio (D-Pa.), Rep. Maggie Goodlander (D-N.H.), Rep. Chrissy Houlahan (D-Pa.), and Rep. Jason Crow (D-Colo.).
“Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right from right here at home,” said Rep. Chris Deluzio (D-Pa.), a former Navy officer.
“You can refuse illegal orders,” several of the lawmakers stressed. “You must refuse illegal orders.”
In a series of posts on Truth Social, Trump accused the the Democrats of engaging in “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL.”
“Each one of these traitors to our Country should be ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL,” Trump fumed. “Their words cannot be allowed to stand – We won’t have a Country anymore!!! An example MUST BE SET.”
Stephen Miller, a senior adviser to the president, on Wednesday accused the lawmakers on X of “openly calling for insurrection.”
“Ten years after the Deep State Russia Hoax, top Democrats openly appeal to CIA and military officials to engage in rebellion against their Commander-in-Chief,” Miller posted on X Wednesday. “Do not underestimate how dangerously radicalized the Democrat party has become.”
Pay attention, Dems:
Dems don’t uphold the law and the constitution. They use their personal politics to rail against lawful, constitutional executive orders, simply because they hate Trump.
And they’re selective about orders.
They didn’t give one single example of “illegal orders”. It’s likely that these Dems are having fits over the deployment of the National Guard to assist law enforcement officers in cracking down on rampant crime.
President Trump can legally use the National Guard without breaching the Posse Comitatus Act because the Guard can operate under state control, not federal control. When activated by a state governor (under Title 32 or state active duty), the Guard is allowed to perform law enforcement duties, including assisting with public safety or emergencies. The Posse Comitatus Act primarily restricts federal military forces—like the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines—from engaging in domestic law enforcement, but it does not apply to National Guard troops serving under their state governor.
Federal military forces can also be used in certain domestic situations under laws like the Insurrection Act, which allows the President to deploy troops to suppress insurrections, enforce federal law, or restore order. This authority has been used by different Presidents throughout U.S. history during times of civil unrest or rebellion. Even under the Insurrection Act, deployment is specific and legally limited to those extraordinary circumstances.
Dems are no strangers to treason.

In 1983, Ted Kennedy offered to work with the Soviets to undermine Ronald Reagan’s efforts to protect America and defeat communism. This goes way beyond political differences and disagreements. It’s sanctioned treason.
When Hillary was Secretary of State, the Clinton Foundation peddled influence and favors in return for millions of dollars in foreign donations; some of which came from governments, organizations, and individuals with some pretty nasty track records on terrorism.
Obama commuted the sentence of traitorous little ratfuck Bradley Manning, who leaked 700,000 battlefield reports and diplomatic cables to WikiLeaks. Apparently, that was okay with the Dems as well.
Sedition is second nature to the Dem party. After Trump was elected in 2016, they attempted coup d’état against a duly elected president with a fake dossier, illegal spying, lying to the FISA court, and a “Russian collusion hoax“.
When Trump was elected the second time, they convened a ‘shadow government’ hearing, to undermine the election and Trump’s administration.
Former General Mark Milley, who was an active facilitator of leftist political indoctrination in the military, was fully prepared to commit sedition to overthrow the president because Trump offended his woke, socialist ideas.
According to Bob Woodward and Rob Costa’s book, “Peril”, Milley called ChiCom General Li Zuocheng. He did not inform anyone, including President Trump, of the phone call. Here was Milley’s message for the ChiCom military. “Gen. Li, I want to assure you that the American government is stable and everything is going to be OK. We are not going to attack or conduct any kinetic operations against you.” “Gen. Li, you and I have known each other for five years. If we’re going to attack, I’m going to call you ahead of time. It’s not going to be a surprise.”
He also had a meeting with DOJ hack Merrick Garland to discuss targeting American citizens.
According to CNN, who reviewed the book, Milley ‘called a secret meeting in his Pentagon office on January 8 to review the process for military action, including launching nuclear weapons. Milley instructed them not to take orders from anyone unless he was involved. “No matter what you are told, you do the procedure. You do the process. And I’m part of that procedure,” Milley said, according to the book. “Got it?” asked Milley. “Yes, sir,” replied his senior staff.
Every one of those fucking conspirators should be charged.
