Jack Smith drops appeal of bogus classified documents case against President Trump. Judge Aileen Cannon wrote that Smith was ILLEGALLY appointed as Special Counsel. The DOJ’s lawfare and persecution of President Trump has come to an end.
Special counsel Jack Smith on Monday moved to dismiss four charges against President-elect Donald Trump for his alleged 2020 election subversion efforts.
Citing Trump’s victory in the 2024 presidential election and precedent against indicting a sitting US president, Smith asked the court to dismiss his indictment against the 45th and soon-to-be 47th president.
Trump had been charged with conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, conspiracy against rights and conspiracy to defraud the United States.
Smith had reportedly been working to wind down his cases against Trump — and step down before the former president gets sworn back into office on Jan. 20, 2025, and fires him.

DOJ hitman Jack Smith violated the same law as J6 defendants who were sent to prison for years. In August 2022, President Trump reported that he believed the FBI stole his will during the Biden-endorsed raid on Mar-a-Lago. The FBI also stole 1,800 other items that were not documents that belonged to President Trump. This was not lawful or necessary.
It is also widely known at this point that Joe Biden who ordered the FBI access to Trump’s documents at Mar-a-Lago and President Trump’s personal belongings.
On pages 2-3 of the ruling Judge Cannon revealed that it was JOE BIDEN who ordered the FBI access to the Mar-a-Lago documents and President Trump’s personal belongings.
Smith met with Biden aides before the bogus classified documents charges were brought. Smith’s team admitted in a motion filed with the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida that key evidence seized during the FBI raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in August 2022 was manipulated. The lawfare against Trump was orchestrated by the Biden regime. In a blatant act of prosecutorial misconduct, Bragg hid hundreds of pages of exculpatory evidence from the NY grand jury.
Joe Biden hid classified documents from everyone, including the National Archives, since 2017. He absconded with them as Vice President, without the authority to possess or declassify them. Boxes of classified documents went from the White House to UPenn, Boston, Chinatown, and Biden’s garage. Some of those documents are dated from his time as Senator and contained Top Secret information. In spite of his own national security violations and breaking the law, he ordered a raid on Mar a Lago. Not only was he refusing to cooperate, but he had his lawyers trying to bury the evidence before the midterms. That is obstruction and tampering with evidence.
The DOJ knew about Biden’s feckless handling of classified material, but they and the FBI agreed to cover it up.
Merrick Garland’s minions opted against having FBI agents oversee a search by Biden’s lawyers for classified documents at his private homes, and ultimately left the matter to Biden’s own attorneys. This was a coordinated coverup from the second they were discovered.
By the way: Hunter Biden had access to documents at Joe’s house and some of them were used as leverage in a deal with Ukraine.
The Dem cabal started persecuting Donald Trump the day he came down the escalator at Trump Towers and declared his candidacy.
President Trump has been through the gauntlet of illegal and unconstitutional tactics by the Dems’ weaponized agencies. And he still remains unscathed.
There’s a two-tiered system of justice in America; The Dem criminal conglomerate continues to use their positions to abuse power and commit crimes. When squalling she-ass Nancy Pelosi declares “No one is above the law”, it flies in the face of reality. If it were true, Hillary and Bill Clinton, Joe and Hunter Biden, B. Hussein Obama, Eric Holder, Nancy Pelosi, James Comey, and James Clapper, would have been indicted, convicted, and jailed.
