Persecutions by weaponized government agencies have been overturned.
UPDATE:
Of course, the corrupt DC US Attorney Matt Graves, who wants to go after people who were simply standing outside the capitol, is using a new charge in the J6 prosecution to work around SCOTUS decision:

Guy Wesley was the first to be imprisoned.

Multiple defendants from the Jan. 6 protest at the Capitol who faced charges for obstructing Congress are seeing those charges dropped,
In the case known as Fischer v. United States, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that President Joe Biden’s Justice Department wrongfully levied a felony charge of obstruction of an official proceeding against Jan. 6 defendants, finding the statute only applies to conduct such as manipulation or destruction of documents. Ever since then, defendants who have yet to be tried or sentenced are seeing a consistent windfall from that decision.
Bill Shipley, a prominent defense attorney who has represented dozens of Capitol riot defendants, told the Washington Examiner that prosecutors have been dropping the obstruction charge, known as 1512(c)(2), “and offering pleas to other charges.”
The Washington Examiner first reported on this emerging pattern in mid-July, just weeks after the Fischer ruling, but since then, the rate of cases affected by the high court’s decision “has become more than just a trickle,” Shipley said. On Wednesday, the attorney posted to X that the government is now “doing it in every case that is about to go to trial.”
There are 259 people who have been charged with the felony obstruction count, according to the DOJ, with around 133 having already been sentenced. Around 50 people have been sentenced on obstruction charges and no other felony. Of those, about half are currently serving a sentence of incarceration, fewer than 2% of all charged cases.
Now, up to 126 defendants awaiting sentencing or pending trial could stand to benefit from the recent pattern of dropped obstruction charges, whether they’re paying thousands of dollars by the hour for an attorney or if they’re bold enough to represent themselves in court.
……..The case of Deborah Lynn Lee, a 58-year-old woman from northeastern Pennsylvania who recently saw her felony obstruction charge dropped on her birthday, Aug. 2, is a prime example of the DOJ’s retreat.
……..Another example recently unfolded in the case of Michael Pope, who traveled with his brother, William Pope, to the “Stop the Steal” rally on Jan. 6 in support of then-President Donald Trump’s protest against his election defeat. Prosecutors on Aug. 2 agreed to dismiss Michael Pope’s obstruction count, citing the “interest of justice and in order to clarify and simplify the issues to be resolved as a result of the trial of the defendant.”
William Pope is defending himself in his own case, and his judge has ordered prosecutors to provide their position on his obstruction charge before the next status conference on Aug. 23, a signal that he, too, could see this charge dropped.
Federal prosecutors are being forced to drop some of the most absurd, histrionic claims they made about the mostly-peaceful protest that happened in and around the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
The deep state has spun yarns about elaborate plots to kill lawmakers, gas politicians, overthrow the government, and made up other tall tales in their quest to punish Trump supporters and bring the war on terror into the homeland. Now, they are being forced to backtrack as the case blows up in their faces.
No counts for sedition have been filed against any of those charged thus far. Assault, conspiracy and obstruction charges are the best the feds can come up with, and many of the peaceful protesters inside of the U.S. Capitol may ultimately have their charges dropped – leaving the deep state with egg on their faces yet again.
Judges may have improperly applied federal sentencing guidelines to more than 100 people convicted of participating in the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the US Capitol, a federal court ruled Friday.
A three-judge panel of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the Justice Department’s argument that convicted rioters merited lengthier prison sentences for interfering in the “administration of justice” when they stormed the Capitol to disrupt the certification of Joe Biden’s 2020 election win.
“[T]he phrase ‘administration of justice’ does not encompass Congress’s role in the electoral certification process,” Judge Patricia Millett wrote in the court’s unanimous ruling.
“[T]ext, context, and commentary show that ‘administration of justice’ refers to judicial, quasi-judicial, and adjunct investigative proceedings, but does not extend to the unique congressional function of certifying electoral college votes,” she added.
“Administration of justice” enhancements are typically reserved for defendants who disrupt judicial proceedings, such as a courtroom trial or grand jury investigation.
However, prosecutors routinely asked DC judges to apply the enhancement to individuals convicted of participating in the riot at the Capitol.
More than 100 rioters have had “administration of justice” enhancements applied to their sentences, Patricia Hartman, a spokesperson for the DC US Attorney’s Office, told the Associated Press.
Dem-sponsored thugs rampaged after Trump’s 2017 inauguration. The FBI and DOJ did nothing.
American political prisoners have been held for more than a year in solitary confinement in 7X10 cells for 23 hours a day. These people have not been convicted of any crimes, they are being held in “pretrial detention” for trespassing the capitol halls of corruption on 6 January 2021. Their trials have not been set. They have been denied bail. They are not allowed to meet with lawyers in private. They have one hour a day for “exercise”, showers, and phone calls. They have been denied due process. The jailed protesters have been beaten and isolated by the guards. Lawyers for one, a man called Ryan Samsel, say he was beaten so badly he has a skull fracture and is now blind in one eye. One of them died awaiting trial.
The murder victims of Pelosi’s capitol police: Benjamin Phillips, Kevin Greeson, Rosanne Boyland, and Ashli Babbitt were killed at the hands of capitol cops Lila Morris, Harry Dunn, Aquilino Gonell, and Michael Leroy Byrd. None of them were charged.
Victoria White was brutally smashed in the face dozens of times by Police Officer Jason Bagshaw . She was then beaten with sticks before she was dragged through the dozens of police officers and paraded through the US Capitol in her socks and without her coat.
This is the animal who almost beat her to death:

Bagshaw has quite a reputation for over the top violence.
Burn Loot Murder lasted 7 months with 23 people shot dead, 700 police officers injured, and over 150 federal buildings damaged. Antifa’s rampage has resulted in damage comparable to Hurricane Sally. Combined casualties from both groups of thugs numbered 926 as of July 2020. Anarchists took over blocks of city neighborhoods in Seattle and Portland. They’re still at it. The Feds refuse to prosecute.
Stephen Colbert’s mob unlawfully entered the capitol to harass Republican members of Congress. Merrick Garland refuses to prosecute. But his Stasi sent a 70 year old woman with cancer to jail for protesting.
Unhinged lefties parade outside Judge Kavanaugh’s home, in violation of federal law, threatening him and his neighbors. Not a fucking peep out of Garland.
Dems facilitated and supported 18 months of Antifa and BLM riots across the country including the attack on the White House in June of 2020. They tried to breach the White House a month before, creating a threat so serious that Secret Service agents were forced to rush then-President Donald Trump into a secure bunker. They bailed out arrested rioters. They encourage mob violence on their behalf and justify it by saying it’s ‘essential’ for change.
More than 2,000 law enforcement officers were injured during what the media called “mostly peaceful” protests.
Prog radicals stormed into the Hart Senate building and the state capitols of Iowa, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Left-wing protesters tried to break down the door to the SCOTUS while Bret Kavanaugh was sworn in. Sandy Cortez led a group of protesters that stormed Pelosi’s office in 2018 for hours until Capitol Hill Police arrested 51 of the protesters for unlawful entry and protest; a stunt that was praised by the media. No one was shot, harassed, or rounded up and thrown into Biden’s gulag.
Thousands of pro-PLO/Hamas radicals descended on DC, trying to breach the White House grounds, and committing assault and vandalism. I’m sure that the FBI and DOJ jackboots will round them up and send them to Biden’s gulag any day now, right?
The fucking twats at the DOJ thinks they were just “exercising their basic civil rights”.
The FBI framed the 6 January MAGA protesters by inserting undercover agents and informants in the crowd to encourage violence. It backfired, but that’s not stopping the Feds from persecuting people who simply wandered the hallways, stood outside the building, and peacefully protested.
Whatever happened with the mysterious ‘pipe bomber‘?
Why aren’t Tim Gionet, Luke Phillip Robinson and Ray Epps in solitary confinement with the rest of the political prisoners in their gulag?
The threat to the fabric of our democracy is jackbooted weaponized government goons who target innocent American citizens.
Speak out against the corrupt D.C. swamp and get surveilled, hacked, harassed, and arrested. The bill of rights has been revoked by the authoritarian thugs in the DOJ and the Dems are complicit.
The Dems have created a system of bullying and persecution of political opponents. This shit usually happens in Communist countries and Banana Republics. It’s happening in America.
Unless or until America stands up to this, the authoritarian government brutality will continue. If you don’t think it affects you, just wait.
